Well it is time for another challenge over at Charisma Cardz and this week the theme is Alter It. I had picked up a few spiral bound notebooks at back to school time with the thought of altering them for my nieces and never got around to it so I thought that I would give one a go.
I have used one of the Simply Sassy stamps from Sugar Nellie called High School girl and coloured her to match the cover of the notepad. I then found a few co-ordinating papers and went to work adding a few layers to jazz it up a bit. I have used some punches to add some flowers and a little dragonfly to embellish. Not sure how well that will stand up but we shall see.
This week we are sponsored by the fabulous
One lucky winner will receive 4 stamps or 1 stamp set.
I hope that you will join us.

What a beautiful notebook! She's one of my fave Sassy images and you've colored her beautifully. I'm sure one of your nieces will love it ... and the other nieces will want one :)

Hi Carissa. Found your site by accident (not known as a happy accident!), it was a link on someone else's blog! I have just been looking through all your cards and I am really impressed - so much so that I am now a devotee (or follower as they say in blogland - hate the expression follower, has too much of a cult(y) connotation for my liking!!). Your colouring is fabulous and i love what you have done, really creative and your sense of colour is fabulous. Hope to be seeing more of you in the future and I hope you join us at I ♥ ProMarkers some time, I have a feeling you could do very well indeed.
Take Care
Andy
