B for Bare Essentials

Good Morning!  It is so cold here, they are predicting temperatures of -30C again for today so bundle up and stay warm.  

 

I had a wonderful time playing in my craft room this weekend and I have a new card this morning for new challenge starting over at ABC Christmas Challenge. The theme this go round is

 

B for Bare Essentials

(we want to see just the bare minimum of embellishments on your creations)

CAS is not my usual style and I often have difficulties with it but thanks to some bold pattern paper and this wonderful image from Kraftin Kimmie I have been able to pull it off this time around.

No embellishments means that this card is ready for the mail. I may even have to try this again!

Good morning and Happy New Year. I am not off to a good start with blogging this year but I plan to get back on track. The first card that I have to share with you is for the current challenge over at Stamp and Create with Magnolia. The challenge theme is Anything Winter, a nice easy one.

Part of my focus this year is to create more cards that will go in the mail so I've kept the layout nice and simple. This card features Tilda with Snowheart and I have coloured her up nice and bright and paired her with some papers fro MME. A bit of twine and a dimensional flower sticker finish it all off.
