Let it Snow


Wow,  two posts in one day. I wanted to share with you a card that I put together today. The image that I have used for my card is Rin and Snowman from Sparkle Creations. Isn't she just a doll. I have coloured the image with Copics and added some touches of Martha Stewart glitter and stickles for some sparkle and shine.


The layout for my card is based on the sketch above from 365 Cards. Following the colour scheme from the Christmas Card challenge inspiration photo, I have chosen the background papers to match my image. As the image really stands on its own, the only thing I added for embellishment was the LOTV sentiment.

I must say that I am really enjoying this new habit of making Christmas cards throughout the year. I should be all set and ready to go when December rolls around this year (no more stress and scramble to put together cards at the last minute).
